LACCEI Ad Hoc Committee on Grants
In alignment with the mission of to promote international collaboration, research, innovation, and capacity building in engineering and technology, the creation of the LACCEI Ad Hoc Committee on Grants is proposed.
The main purpose of this committee will be to coordinate, facilitate, and strengthen the participation of LACCEI and its member institutions in national and international grant opportunities and collaborative funded projects.
The creation of Ad Hoc Committees is contemplated within the LACCEI Constitution.
Nature of the Committee
The Committee will function as:
- An Ad Hoc Committee of technical and strategic nature.
- Reporting to the Executive Office of LACCEI
- Exclusively focused on grants, cooperation, and funded projects.
- International and collaborative in scope.
General Objective
To promote and coordinate the identification, development, articulation, and submission of national and international grant proposals that strengthen the academic, scientific, technological, and social impact of LACCEI and its member institutions.
