Abstract

Currently in the processes of the industries there must be quality and production standards that allow the growth of a company, but in a large sector you can witness an organizational misuse that affects production, as the main objective it is planned to develop a board of logistical processes that allow to take full advantage of the different purposes and objectives that we have as a company. As a methodology, a margin of error is made that exists within the companies when delivering a product and it is evident that one of the factors that generate more unproductivity are the products that are delivered in poor condition. Finally, with the logistics board we are going to have an improvement in the costs of internal failures by correcting the errors before the service reaches the hands of the client, with reprocesses that originate with the reoperation system, it will have a verification process for the standards of security, the financial costs for increasing the stock in anticipation of defective products.
