Abstract
This research work consisted of determining which are the determining factors of canned pineapple exports, period 2017-2021. We worked with a sample that was constituted by macroeconomic data, according to each variable of the research, the data were collected from accurate sources such as: INEI, VERITRADE, TRADEMAP, ON GLOBAL MARKET, ADUANET, BCRPDATA; taking into account the study period and ordering the data obtained we used the Keynesian theory of aggregate demand, specifically, the theoretical determinants of exports were collected 54 quarterly observations per variable, which being seven, totaled a total of 378 observations. Similarly, for the analysis of the data collected, the OLS method was used in a linear regression model of the logarithm of the variables and an exponential model was obtained. The results showed that the model had a good fit because the R2 was 0.586684, thus proving to be a reliable model. It was established that the dependent variables "pineapple export" during the period 2017-2021 correspond to the independent variables pineapple production, price per unit, exchange rate. Finally, the determinant factors in the level of pineapple export during the period 2017-2021, found in the study, were discussed, taking into account the background related to the results obtained in the research and the theoretical approaches achieved after the literature review
