Abstract
The research focused on determining the behavior of the results obtained from measurements of the skills acquired by Business Engineering students at the Universidad Privada del Norte, in relation to the demands of the labor market and based on ICACIT parameters. In addition, the criteria used in the measurement, the educational objectives, the students' results, and the calculation and analysis of these results for the capstone courses are detailed. Nine competencies were considered in the 2019-2022 period and 11 in the 2023 period, showing greater homogeneity in the results obtained from the 2023-1 period, as in the Research and Ethics competencies, where 100% compliance has been maintained since the 2022 period, in contrast to the Engineering Knowledge competency, where a variation of -4% is observed before standardizing compliance. As for the competencies of Environment and Sustainability, together with Engineering and Society, these have had a variation of -3% and -1% respectively between the periods 2020 and 2023-1, being replaced by the competency of The Professional and the World, which has had a measurement of 96% in the measurement for the period 2023-1
