Abstract
Industry 4.0 technologies seek to benefit supply chains in operational efficiency, decision-making, flexibility and visibility. The purpose is to analyze the current state of scientific articles on the benefits of Industry 4.0 technologies in the chain through a systematic review of literature (SRL). The methodology used was PICO to formulate research questions and PRISMA declaration, eligibility criteria between the years 2021-2025. On the other hand, with the help of Bibliometrix software, to make charts about the year of publication, the country and the institutions. 368 studies were obtained; 24 met the established eligibility requirements. The results indicate that blockchain, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (IA), big data and cloud computing enable organizations to improve their operational performance. In conclusion, these tools effectively manage high costs, continuous improvement, increased operational efficiency, visibility, sustainability, circular economy, traceability and customer satisfaction.
