Abstract

Artificial intelligence supported by knowledge management, has generated the possibility of proposing, designing and implementing various techniques and tactics that have made the process of discerning between multiple options and choosing the optimal one according to the needs of the business, simpler, faster and more effective. This article aims to present the integration of artificial intelligence and knowledge management, in order to achieve the above mentioned with a single model, which is based on expert systems based on artificial intelligence and Andersen's knowledge management model (1999).
