Abstract

The systematic review aims to understand the influence of new technologies and process optimization in different companies in Latin America. A database was used with 50 articles that have information on the proposed variables, that support the central idea of our research. Currently, there are many companies that implement new technologies to improve different areas, and they optimize their functions to achieve objectives in the shortest time possible; We seek to know in what ways these influence companies and how they contribute to their decisions. The method used was PRISMA, whichallows us to carry out a systematic review of a series of articles that we chose to support our research. It was concluded that different technological methods provide a database to the organization, this allows them to have the exact and necessary information that helps them make decisions, in turnoptimizing the response time to their deliveries or queries by part of its suppliers; Therefore, we confirm that new technologies and process optimization play a very important role in different companies.
