Abstract

In the digital era, higher education faces challenges in the accessibility and efficiency of communication between students, faculty and administrative staff. This project proposes the implementation of an academic chatbot designed to answer queries about schedules, locations, teachers and other relevant issues, using artificial intelligence. The system was developed with technologies such as LangChain for natural language processing, Pandas for data manipulation, and Tkinter for the graphical interface. The structured data, stored in an Excel file, allows the chatbot to filter information and respond accurately. This approach significantly improves access to academic information, reducing administrative burden and optimizing resources
