Abstract
The research focuses on the proposal for training for the San Isidro El Labrador Agricultural Producers Association (APASEL) in Malingas, Tambogrande, Piura, with the goal of internationalizing their agricultural products. Significant gaps were identified in knowledge of customs procedures, documentary regulations, and international market preferences. Producers face barriers such as lack of certifications, lack of knowledge about procedures, and the absence of strategies for international marketing and logistics. The descriptive qualitative methodology includes interviews to identify needs. A training program is proposed to address these gaps, improve competitiveness, and facilitate access to global markets by strengthening technical, financial, and promotional aspects.
