Abstract
Technology has made significant progress in recent times, this has led companies to improve and adapt to changes, trends and improvements in the control of their operations; always weighing customer satisfaction, that is why in this research we will deal with a fundamental operation of every company, inventory control; proposing a model integrated by Kanban and Data driven, since by integrating both approaches, an effective tool is offered that improves decision making, optimizes inventory levels, increases operational efficiency throughout the supply chain, so it is methodology manages to optimize inventory control. In the results, a favorable improvement was obtained for the commercial company in inventory control by applying this model integrating Kanban and Data driven, where it was determined that the model optimized inventory control, demonstrating that overstock was reduced by 34%. Likewise, the costs incurred in the warehouse decreased by 44% and finally it was evident that the quality of service increased by 36%
