Abstract
Nowadays the world faces increasingly complex challenges, it is considered essential that university graduates are prepared to address these problems in a responsible and efficient manner. The ethical and committed behavior of university graduates is widely valued for its impact on sustainable development and its positive contribution to society. This behavior ranges from responsible work practices to participation in social responsibility projects and community service activities. The purpose is to analyze the level of socially responsible behavior.; The study is quantitative, cross-sectional and descriptive, carried out on 43 university graduates, selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. A questionnaire of sociodemographic, academic and work variables was used, with the questionnaire to measure responsible social behavior. A descriptive and bivariate analysis was carried out through the Chi Square; Regarding the results on Socially Responsible Behavior, 4.7% are within the low category, 48.8% regular and 46.5% high. According to the statistical analysis, it was revealed that there are no significant differences with the sociodemographic, academic and work variables (p>.05).
