Abstract
The purpose of this project was to provide a proposal for the implementation of inventory control in the technical support area of a company, in which the traceability of tools, the administration and management of spare parts inventory was determined, as well as the analysis of the classification of the ABC methodology, with the support of a user manual for the use of the format and templates created.
