Abstract
This paper proposes regulatory guidelines to promote Photovoltaic Distributed Micro Generation (MGDF). The purpose of encouraging regulated users of the public electricity service that consume electricity from the network is that they can produce electricity for their consumption, obtaining, additionally, an economic benefit for the surplus electrical energy generated that is injected into the electrical network. The implementation of the MGDF provides the opportunity to generate electricity free of noise and environmental pollution. Therefore, its regulation is necessary to define mainly the maximum power to be generated, requirements and technical criteria that must be met, as well as establishing a commercial mechanism for the energy injected into the electricity grid, when the generation is greater than the self-consumed energy.
