Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze a digital collaboration platform through the benefits and possibilities offered by the use of this in the Cafam University Foundation, as a support for the management activities of the Engineering laboratories. Methodologically, the study has a qualitative approach, with hermeneutic analysis. The techniques used were the bibliographic review and semi-structured interviews with three teachers as key informants within the university environment. Among the conclusions, the use of collaborative technological tools such as Share Point is pertinent and relevant, for the benefits it brings both to the teaching-learning processes and to the administrative aspects involved. Likewise, Unicafam's collaborative platform offers wide possibilities for development in accordance with institutional policies that seek the development of skills, mediated by digital environments.
