Abstract
It is known that business architecture is a scheme where the components of a company are integrated, such as: processes, information, applications, technological infrastructure and people. For this reason, this research work proposes a business architecture model using concepts from the TOGAF framework for the Phartec SAC company, a company that markets agricultural and veterinary products, in the city of Trujillo, Peru. The present investigation is of a propositive type, due to that a proposal for improvement is made on the reality studied. To achieve the objective, an internal analysis of the company was made, considering its value proposition and strategic objectives to relate them to its mission and vision. In addition, the value chain was elaborated, and its internal processes were identified. Thanks to this, it was possible to determine the main process, which required to be optimized. With this, an improved model of the database was developed and using the architecture of the information systems, the site map, wireframes and interfaces of the improvement oriented in the main process identified above were designed. After this, the budget of the technological components necessary for the implementation of the application was analyzed and determined. Likewise, the destination business architecture diagram was made, the level of maturity of the company was analyzed and through a roadmap, it was possible to define the projects that would be carried out. Finally, the cost-benefit analysis was carried out, where it was verified that the project was profitable to be implemented.
