Abstract
One of the serious problems of the textile industry in Latin America is its management in the productive operations, generating failures in deliveries, shortage of resources, increased costs, among others, Therefore, a study was conducted based on a systematic review identifying research related to textile companies that find in planning the opportunity to play a major role in the processes from the use of demand forecasting. In this research 100 studies were collected, identifying that 40% belong to scientific articles and complement 60% with doctoral theses, master's and bachelor's degrees, having as database Scielo, Redalyc, Dialnet, Google Scholar.
