To postpone payment using letter of commitment

Step 1. Download the letter of commitment at the following link: Letter of commitment

Step 2. Fill out and have the form signed by the dean, department chair or rector (the person responsible to guarantee payment by university)

Step 3. Scan and email as an attachment to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with Subject: Letter of Commitment for <Your Name, University>

Step 4. Bring to the conference a copy of the signed letter with the payment in US currency or proof of payment was sent
