Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between the work environment and the satisfaction of the operational staff at Cutervo Multimarca stores. The research method will be quantitative, which allows for determining the level of objectivity of the investigation, with a correlational scope. The method applied is non-experimental and cross-sectional. This approach allows me to analyze phenomena as they occur, without intervening in them. In this case, the population is finite, given that its size is known and can be counted. It is made up of 67 people of both sexes, including security, sales, warehouse, and delivery workers, who play a fundamental role within the company. The data will be processed through SPSS. The technique used is a survey with a questionnaire instrument to formulate well-structured questions that allow for obtaining precise and accurate information. Furthermore, this allows for determining the scope of the research without causing any disruption to the environment or data collection site. This allows for analyzing or ruling out the relationship between work environment and staff satisfaction, thus maintaining the natural context of the study.
