Abstract
This research aims to identify the social impact generated by Yo Emprendo program from the perspective of its beneficiaries. Theories on partnerships and social impact measurements, especially the impact compass model, are included. A case methodology was selected using various tools, the main one being the semi-structured interview, which allows for both closed data collection and in-depth responses from the 17 participating beneficiaries where the research reaches saturation. Using the Impact Compass model, it was found that the social impact of Yo Emprendo is 108, which corresponds to a medium impact on its scale, this leads to the conclusion that there are opportunities for improvement within the program to enhance its social impact, especially in the dimension of alignment with vision. This represents an opportunity in the post-program stage to avoid the loss of sustainability in the supported initiatives.
