Abstract
Entrepreneurship education is key to economic and social development by fostering innovation and employment, although many institutions face challenges integrating theory and practice. The Fidélitas University of Costa Rica adopted the methodology of Babson College, a leader in this field, to strengthen its study plan with an entrepreneurial approach. This article evaluates the implementation of a 5-phase pilot plan called the Babson Route, analyzing its impact on teaching and the challenges that have arisen. Qualitative and quantitative tools were used to obtain a vision of its effectiveness and possible future improvements. Although the main conclusions point to a good reception by the students, the teachers make important recommendations for improvement for a more comprehensive implementation process.
