Abstract
The objective of this work is to: Determine the impact of the implementation of maintenance management on the productivity of an agricultural company, Trujillo 2024. To begin with, a diagnosis of the current situation of the maintenance area was carried out. The descriptive type of research is being applied as a methodology. Therefore, solutions will be proposed to solve the problems that affect the low productivity of the company. The population has been considered to be all the equipment and machines in the production area; and the sample has been considered to be the critical equipment and machines that affect the production process of the company. For data collection, the field diary and data registration form have been used. And its techniques are: observation, interview, survey and document analysis. As results, it has been obtained that the agricultural company reaches a NPV of S/151,707.49 new soles with an IRR of 80% and a PRI of 2.3 years. Finally, the cost benefit achieved is S/ 1.50
