Abstract
This work presents an IoT prototype for vehicle tracking and uses part of the GTFS standard to present to users of a Web page the real-time information of public transport vehicles that make routes in the Zacatenco University Campus of the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico. The IoT node communicates using LoRa wireless technology with a server where the GTFS standard information is stored, as well as the routes of the vehicles. The IoT node is implemented with an Arduino MKR WAN 1300 board and a MKR Shell GPS module.
