Abstract
Transformational leadership is considered the most positive leadership, because it produces the development of employees, this type of leadership organizes training courses, motivates them to give their best, helps them take on challenges and innovate, therefore This contributes positively to good teaching practice, motivating them to develop new learning methodologies. The main objective of this article was to identify the relationship between the effectiveness of transformational leadership and the improvement in good practice in teachers of public educational institutions. Regarding the methodology used, it was of a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design was used, of a comparative level, likewise it was of an applied type, being cross-sectional, because the information was collected in a single moment, the survey technique and the questionnaire instrument, with which information on both variables was collected. In relation to the results, a 0.78 of Spearman's Rho statistic was obtained, which concludes that there is a significant and strong relationship between the effectiveness of transformational leadership and good teaching practice in public educational institutions
