Abstract

In this work, an application for a personal computer is presented to implement a CRM system for small and medium-sized automobile workshops that allows improving communication with the workshop's customers. This is intended to provide customers with a better service by providing necessary services to customer units and avoid serious damage due to lack of such maintenance. The technologies used were languages for the development of Web pages, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and mongo DB as a database manager.
