Abstract

The need for a new model of tourism is dispensable for Cartagena for the circulation of capital more comfortably, effectively and safely. It is presented below a service that seeks to innovate in the tourism sector to carry it out, designing a virtual reality experience for those interested in the city preparing for them the simulation of what they can explore, improving the quality of services and the global recognition. There will be some challenges that will be necessary to overcome for the development of this service and the problems that this service can satisfy.
