Abstract

The objective is to implement lean manufacturing in the manufacturing process, seeking to demonstrate quality and productivity in each work team through a database, in order to obtain better efficiency results. For this, there will be a database that will allow us to perceive in real time the efficiency of the work teams, it will also allow us to reduce paperless, that is, the reduction of paper. Since around 15 to 20 references can be made per day and taking out each one of these cards is printing approximately 80 sheets since each card contains four pages, it is approximately equivalent to 2000 sheets per month and approximately 24000 sheets per year of paper. In order to contribute to the environment and keep a statistical control of the efficiency and quality of all work teams, applying the lean manufacturing philosophy as a work culture. avoiding the purchase of stationery supplies which has an environmental impact, low efficiency, quality failures and audits. That way we can detect errors in time and give much faster solutions. Not applying this methodology well or not carrying out proper control could affect the company's profits, have teams with low performance, we could be neglecting the quality of the process and due to that at the time of the audits the product may leave with imperfections causing delays in deliveries. Due to this problem, it is that Lean Manufacturing must be correctly applied, the methodology would be considered taking due control of the process, applying the different tools such as 5S, Smed, Poka yoke, among others, which can provide us with the necessary corrections and detecting Errors take time, this can be evidenced by monitoring, observing that due process is being followed or otherwise making corrections, accompanying the team until the goal is met and that after it is demonstrated they can continue with more confidence. Carrying out this study, it is detected in the process with the application of lean that the work comes out more fluid, inventories are not generated, work is done 1 to 1, more organized positions, there is a versatile team and the expected goal can be reached. It is concluded that if lean is applied properly, improving errors on time, explaining to the work team how to work and showing the results, the expected goals can be met.
