Abstract
Bioshake is a symbiotic, natural and energetic children's drink made from fruits and vegetables, it seeks to have a positive impact on boys and girls who are in basic education, and through workshops and advice to promote awareness of good nutrition. Also, this drink has two versions, the first is "Be green", a vegetable drink with prebiotics and probiotics to improve the immune system and the microbiota of children. At the same time, "Mix fruit" which is a mixture of red fruits with 52% antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. This with the aim of preventing childhood obesity and contributing to sustainable development goal number 3 (Health and well-being).
