Abstract
The objective of this research is to find the relationship between business strategies and customer satisfaction. For this, two instruments validated by experts were applied, the application was to 152 clients. the research was of the descriptive correlational type. It was found that there is a significant relationship according to the results of Spearman = 0.638**. Likewise, it was determined that the strategy with the greatest acceptance is price.
