Abstract
This research work proposes the implementation of logistics management indicators as a management control tool in the company Multiservicios Yanasara S.A.C., located in the city of Huamachuco. Using a descriptive and propositional level study, starting from a general context to the specific context included in a non-experimental design. The study variable was "logistics management", the population and the sample consisted of the entire company Multiservicios Yanasara S.A.C. located in the city of Huamachuco, province of La Libertad. The logistics management indicators established by Luis Aníbal Mora García in his book "Indicadores de Gestión Logística" (Logistics Management Indicators) were used as an instrument. The results were distributed and processed in control cards for each indicator separated into their respective dimensions to facilitate the follow-up and control of each activity.
