Abstract

In recent months, the Peruvian Society of Industrial Engineering presents a series of problems in its logistics, financial and sales process. The present investigation was developed with the objective of implementing quality processes for the solution of the management problems of the Peruvian Society of Industrial Engineering (SPII), with the purpose of generating value, suppressing the identified root causes. The quality process was defined as a dependent variable and the solution of the management and management problems of the company as an independent variable. The study was carried out under an exploratory and descriptive approach, for which an analysis method was used. In the methodology; On the one hand, tools such as: PDO, QFD, Six Sigma, and AMEF were used; On the other hand, for the statistical tests, the Ishikawa, the Indicator Matrix, the Pareto diagram, the measures of central tendency, the histograms and control graphs developed in Minitab were used. A loss of S/. 368,388.40 in the sum of the 4 root causes, identifying that CR3 and CR4 have the greatest impact (74%), followed by CR2 (18%) and ending with CR1 (8%). The results of the proposed tools managed to reduce the general loss to S/ 233, 847.70; because the indicators of each loss were optimized with Six Sigma tools, obtaining a benefit equivalent to S/ 134,540.70. Concluding that the application of tools and quality processes proposed, manage to control the value processes of the company, and therefore reduce the respective losses of each problem.
