Abstract
The following article presents the way in which the proper use of file management impacts a public merchandise control entity (aduanas) helping to improve the productivity of collaborators. The 5S methodology was used as a stimulus to help in the proper organization of the files, implementing the TEAMS application for the digitization of poorly archived documents.
