Abstract
The precast concrete industry has been increasing its participation in the Peruvian market in recent years. Therefore, the same market demands standards based on the production and productivity of the work performed in the companies. Accordingly, it is essential to reduce the waste produced in the different production processes of concrete elements. A major part of the waste produced in the different areas of a concrete company is due to the inadequate distribution of spaces, lack of ergonomic planning and lack of operator training. To solve these problems, tools such as Systematic Layout Planning and Ergonomics are used to reduce waste by 4%. After the implementation of the pilot plans, a reduction of 80% is achieved to support the effectiveness of the proposed integration model based on the pilot plans within the company and thus obtain the same results
