Abstract:The project is developed to propose innovative behaviors in companies in the metalworking sector, companies in the sector will initially be chosen where contact will be established with them to collect information that allows to study, observe and characterize the way they carry out their productive activity and what elements of innovation workers use, taking into account the relationship of innovation behaviors in the productive environment. The general objective of this project is to develop a model that allows the relationship between innovation activities and the productive environment for the adoption of innovative behaviors in metalworking SMEs. Based on the data that can be collected from the processes that are carried out within the company and the analysis of the information obtained, innovation actions or behaviors were proposed that should be implemented in SMEs to generate added value by systematizing them through a Balanced Scorecard. | ||
