Abstract
The study highlights the importance of various elements that affect the quality of technical documents. Within this contextual framework, it analyzes the influence of critical factors in the planning and execution of hospital infrastructure during the period in question. The Authority for Reconstruction with Changes prioritizes the detection and understanding of these factors as a means of ensuring excellence in technical documents, thereby contributing to the effectiveness and sustainability of hospital infrastructure during the period in question.
