Abstract

The corporate approach is usually associated with private companies, and this is most logical because it is based on the law of commercial companies, even more so with the development of concepts such as corporate governance, arbitration where public entities and national states participate in it. Likewise, with the development of the systems theory, where each of the components of an organization are interconnected, and the systemic approach, where this organization is interconnected with other organizations in its environment, it is necessary to rethink how state entities and companies can have a corporate approach. For this purpose, a qualitative study is required, making it necessary to carry out a mapping and triangulation to interpret and explain why these entities require this approach. The inductive method, observation, documentary and interview techniques will be used. Heuristics will be applied to propose an algorithm that defines the corporate approach, both in the private and state fields.
