Abstract

This study analyzes quality management and its relationship with competitiveness in an agricultural export company in the city of Ica, 2025. In a globalized and highly demanding environment, the agro-industrial sector requires production capacity and quality that are decisive in ensuring access to international markets. For this reason, a quantitative, correlational, and non-experimental design approach was used. The sample consisted of 80 employees from the administrative area, who were given a structured questionnaire based on the Likert scale. The results show a positive and significant correlation between both variables, demonstrating that process management, regulatory compliance, and staff training are key elements in this context, as they are essential for increasing productivity, facilitating access to new markets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Finally, it is concluded that quality management is positively and significantly related to competitiveness in agro-export companies in Ica, 2025.
