Abstract
This study examines sustainable management practices in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Siguatepeque, Honduras, using the ISO 26000 standard as a reference. The analysis reveals that the implementation of organizational governance reaches 28%, while consumer-related issues stand out with 79%. These results suggest a stronger focus on customer satisfaction compared to the internal structure of SMEs. Despite some shortcomings in integrating sustainable practices, the study provides an objective insight into how these businesses address sustainable management in their context.
