Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze Analysis of temperature, atmospheric pressure, relative humidity, global solar irradiation and ultraviolet index. For this purpose, atmospheric data corresponding to the years 2023 and 2024 were examined. The study site was the National University of Altiplano, located in the city of Puno. For the analysis of the data, measurements obtained from the DAVIS Vantage PRO 2.0 Plus meteorological station were used, which covered variables such as temperature, atmospheric pressure, relative humidity, global solar irradiation and ultraviolet index. Regarding the statistical analysis, the mean absolute error and the correlation coefficient were applied between the measured data and those estimated by the polynomial model adjusted by nonlinear regression. The results indicate that the best-fitting model is a third-degree polynomial, with the following correlations: 0.983 for global solar irradiation, 0.997 for UVI, 0.995 for temperature, 0.993 for relative humidity, and 0.998 for pressure, highlighting a strong relationship between meteorological variables and global solar irradiation.
