In the methodological aspect, an applied st, non-experimental design, descriptive correlational, had as tools to obtain data the survey and validated and reliable questionnaires, applied to a sample of 45 municipal servants, implementing a census type sampling. As significant results, it is highlighted that in the dimensions of digital government a MODERATE regular level prevailed, very similar was shown in the dimensions of administrative management, highlighting a REGULAR level. The data did not fit a normal distribution, in this sense the Spearman's Rho correlation statistic was applied, concluding the existence of a high positive significant relationship between Digital Government and Administrative Management (Rho=0, 802) in a municipal institution in northern Peru.
