Abstract
In a business world where efficiency is synonymous with success, this research focuses on the implementation of the Odoo ERP to improve the Operational Efficiency of a small enterprise in the legal consulting sector. It follows an experimental approach that combines quantitative and qualitative analysis. During the process, certain limitations were identified, such as the inability to generalize the proposal since it is specifically tailored to a particular sector. For the project design, a project charter was created, followed by a software selection process in which Odoo achieved a score of 4.48, meeting the evaluation criteria. Consequently, the ERP was implemented at a total cost of S/. 42,544.00. The efficacy analysis after implementation revealed remarkable results, including a 73% increase in decision-making speed and a 40% improvement in operational efficiency, positioning the MYPE as a leader in its sector. Although user satisfaction stood at 27.13%, indicating areas for improvement, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 13% shows that each sol invested generates an equivalent annual return, demonstrating the project’s profitability. The article is structured into Introduction, State of the Art, Objectives, Materials and Methods, ERP Design and Implementation, Results, Discussions, and Conclusions.
