Abstract
Anemia is a public health condition that affects millions of people worldwide, especially children and women of reproductive age. Despite advances in health, it remains a persistent problem, mainly due to causes such as iron deficiency. This study focuses on evaluating the impact of a specialized and personalized web system for the detection and prevention of anemia, implemented in a medical post in Virú in 2024. This system was designed to improve the diagnosis, accuracy and personalization of preventive interventions, offering recommendations tailored to the specific needs of each patient. The main objective of the research is to determine the effectiveness of the web system compared to traditional methods of anemia diagnosis and prevention, analyzing its diagnostic accuracy, its ability to personalize interventions and its impact on reducing the prevalence of anemia. The research was structured in several stages: initially, the prevalence of anemia was analyzed before the implementation of the web system; subsequently, the characteristics and functionalities of the system were studied. A quantitative methodology was used based on the collection of clinical data before and after implementation, complemented by the analysis of the acceptance and satisfaction of patients and medical staff. The results obtained allow us to evaluate
