Abstract

Abstract: Organizational climate is an important aspect in the management of companies to promote their success and, in the same way, it is necessary to generate well-being in the collaborators of the organizations. In this sense, the main objective of this article was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and work performance in a real estate company (Lima-Peru), 2022. In addition, in the specific objectives, the purpose was to test the relationship between the dimensions: communication, recognition and physical environment of the organizational climate variable with job performance. Methodologically, the study was carried out through the quantitative approach and descriptive correlational design and the sample was composed of 103 workers. For the data collection process, two questionnaires were used, one for each variable with 15 items each, using the Likert scale, whose data were taken to the psychometric analysis, finding positive results for validity and reliability. The findings showed that, after submitting the research instruments for this purpose, it was proved that there was a direct and significant relationship between organizational climate and work performance in the company considered for this study, presenting a correlation coefficient (r=0.516), classifying it in the moderate level.
