Abstract
In recent years, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) has increased in the educational field. There is a gradual interest in evolving traditional teaching towards a virtual or computerized one. This paper seeks to review studies examining the role of AI in the different teaching processes and how it enhances learning in professional training. This research also exposes how the contribution of the use of AI and its various branches, such as Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), has been evidenced. In addition, some challenges in the use and implementation of this new technology are identified, since there is still a degree of uncertainty in certain users.
