Abstract

The objective of this research is "to determine how the use of the ChatBot application influences the administration of justice in the Republic of Peru", since the Judiciary through WhatsApp based on artificial intelligence has made available to the public the use of the Chatbot application, to provide automated information. In that sense, the methodology used is quantitative, descriptive, explanatory approach; the sample is constituted by 160 law professionals collected from the 34 Peruvian Bar Associations, distributed by regions in a proportional way. A survey was used as a data collection technique and a questionnaire with 15 coded and closed questions was used as an instrument to verify the degree of satisfaction with the Chatbot application; for the analysis of the results, the data collected were tabulated by dimensions in an objective manner. As conclusions, it was determined that the use of the Chatbot application contributes moderately to the administration of justice in the dimensions of accessibility, proposed topics and time used, and relatively acceptable in the satisfaction of the response and reliability of the information.
