Abstract
This research focuses on the measurement of student satisfaction in university higher education, using a comparative approach. In this sense, a survey is used that collects quantitative and qualitative data on student experiences and measures student satisfaction. In addition, a sentiment analysis is incorporated to explore subjective emotions and perceptions. The comparison between these two data sets seeks to provide a more complete understanding of student satisfaction. The objective is to contribute to the continuous improvement of the university environment, offering a comprehensive and accurate evaluation, which serves as a basis for decision-making and improvements in educational quality.
