Abstract
This study focuses on the Ecuadorian fruit sector. This sector identifies opportunities to enhance its capacity for expansion and exportation by overcoming constraints in its structures. The exploration of teamwork is proposed as a solution to overcome these limitations, emphasizing the importance of cultivating internal and external relationships to enhance competitiveness. The main objective is to identify the key factors influencing teamwork and evaluate how these factors affect internationalization. The adopted methodology is quantitative, with a descriptive and correlational scope, using a non-experimental cross-sectional design. Data collection will be conducted through questionnaires distributed to companies in the fruit export sector in Guayaquil. Statistical analysis will be carried out using the SPSS program, along with a dimensional analysis. This study aims to enrich the understanding of the factors impacting teamwork, providing a valuable foundation for future research in the field.
