Abstract

The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between logistics management and efficiency in the company Concesión Minera Esperanzas, Cerro de Pasco - 2023; the research was applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The population and sample consisted of 48 employees. For the data collection process, a questionnaire with 30 questions was used as the instrument. 81.6% of the collaborators demonstrate that the level of logistics management is regular; given that there is no follow-up and good purchasing management, nor is there a digitized inventory system and there is no constant evaluation of inventories. The 84.2% of the employees affirm that the level of efficiency is regular, since the company does not give priority to the needs and requirements of the employees and does not have modern technologies. The Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient had a value of 0.507 and the significance level was 0.001, therefore, it is affirmed that there is a relationship between logistics management and efficiency in the company Concesión Minera Esperanzas Cerro de Pasco - 2023, accepting the research hypothesis.
