Abstract
Abstract– The increase in population in Peru has brought with it the development of several homes built with conventional materials in which the cost is high for people who do not have a stable economy, affecting mostly a certain society that focuses on zone “Z” of Huaycán, these inhabitants have unhealthy and accessible homes giving a non- habitable construction with a deficit in both common and non-conventional materials, at the same time the homes do not have basic services all as a result of the low economic resources of the residents. For this reason, a survey was carried out developed with the indicators of each variable of the research work that has been validated by experts in the field, with questions related to sustainable housing and quality of life, in which the sample was 20 families with own home in zone “Z” of Huaycán that the questions were given to one person per family. On the other hand, a sustainable housing prototype was developed for the inhabitants of the area. This design is developed in the AutoCAD program as 2D modeling with dimensions of 19 x 9.5 m2 and an adequate height for the entry of natural light. and ventilation. The results provided by the surveys mention that sustainable homes are a good option for the habitable development of people since these homes are more comfortable and ideal that restore the living condition in the place. We also worked with the SketchUp 2021 program. which served as support for the survey of the house and the realization of the renders.
