Abstract
The article outlines a proposal, from the qualitative paradigm, for the alignment of the strategy with the organizational structure of a technical vocational training center (CFTP) in the Peruvian manufacturing sector. To identify the strategy, the strategic analysis and diagnosis methodology proposed by Huamán & Ríos [1] was used, and for the proposed structure, the organizational design theory was used. The results of the strategic analysis are synthesized in the SWOT quadrant, which indicates that the CFTP has a strategy of stability and defense, and the analysis of the structure identifies four sizes for the centers: large, medium, small and smallest.
