Abstract
The objective of this work is to propose a business architecture model designed specifically for the company "Viajes Reales SAC," a company dedicated to the tourism industry. It offers a personalized intermediation and advisory service, providing necessary information about quotes, domestic and international flights. The company is located in the center of Miraflores in the department of Lima, with its sole headquarters for in-person customer support. Using the TOGAF methodology (The Open Group Architecture Framework), we apply a general analysis of the company to improve its operations. This allows us to define the company's structure and align its processes, strategies, and organization with IT. In the first chapter, we describe the current challenges and issues faced by the company, formulate the problem statement, and outline the general and specific objectives. The second chapter presents the general data and the development of the Preliminary Architecture, including data modeling and IT infrastructure. We utilize a combination of the TOGAF framework and the Archimate Language to create the Business Architecture Diagram, which is segmented by strategies, business, applications, and technology. Furthermore, we conduct an analysis of economic viability for the subsequent implementation.
